At the heart of POMI’s manning operations is its organization composed of senior deck and engine officers who conducts the actual screening and selection of candidates.  Using up-to-date verbal and written interview techniques, the office staff are able to select seafarers with the skills and knowledge required for their respective positions.  Our rigid screening and selection process ensures that only qualified and competent seafarers and offshore personnel are eventually hired and deployed.

 As a commitment to quality, our organization is certified as quality assured by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance based on the ISO 9001: 2008. quality system standard.
